48. Every chartered appraiser who, with just and reasonable cause, intends to unilaterally terminate a contract must give prior notice to that effect, indicating when the contract will be terminated.
He must give the notice within a reasonable time and ensure, as far as possible, that it is not prejudicial to his client.
